I believe in living a life that you are madly in love with.
I also believe that to do that, you need to feel utterly amazing in your own skin.
The human body comes in many different shapes, sizes, colours.
We as humans possess many different abilities, and lack others.
It’s up to us to learn how to celebrate what is OUR OWN.
I’ve heard people say, “Fitness isn’t for me,” or “I could never do that…”
Is your health and well-being, “not for you”?
Didn’t think so.
Fitness is about living the healthiest, happiest life you can with what you have, while you create more. Fitness is pushing your physical and emotional barriers on a daily basis to strengthen your physical body, as well as your soul.
I get it, it gets hard. There will be days you want to quit. Me too. We’re human.
It’s supposed to be hard, really hard. It’s hard because it matters.
Learning your way around a gym, or even home workouts, can be nerve-wracking & overwhelming.
Trying to learn what to eat, what not to eat, what’s right and wrong.
Everyone has an opinion and everyone is an expert.
The thing is, I actually am an expert and this is where I come in…
Let me make it easier. Let me teach you to use all the greatness you already have within and add a little more.
