Cauliflower Patties

It’s all you hear about these days…Cauliflower this cauliflower that…

Yeah yeah it’s bankrupted most of us lately but I think the cost has come down and all is well with the vegetable world.

Cauliflower rice, pizza crust, and now patties or even a taco shell…. if it turns out perfectly:)))

Here’s how it’s done: (FYI  I did not make this up I found it on the line…….)

1 medium head Cauliflower, grated in food processor

Warm up your cauliflower either on the stove top ( I hate microwaves) or microwave 3-4 minutes, mix well and drain all liquid..

HOW DO I DRAIN LIQUID???

 

Either cheese cloth or thin dish towel, squeeeeeeeeze all the excess liquid ( Be careful not to burn your little mits… like I did)

Add 2 eggs, a bunch of spices of choice, I used Salt, Pepper, Garlic and some finely diced cilantro… go crazy, do what you want:))

 

Using a lined baking sheet create your round patties and pat down flat.

Bake @350 for 10-12 minutes, flip and cook another 7-10

Pan fry each pattie over medium heat to create a slight crisp on both sides.

I ate the entire batch in one go, Don’t judge me:)

EAT UP!!!
