Chocolate Lava Mug Cake

It’s all I could think after I made it… but the speed at which Corey and I devoured it proved that it was JUST fine without the season favorite.

Simple Delicious Calorically friendly treat….Goes like this

WHAT YOU NEED:

Chocolate Quattro 1 scoop – Magnum’s BEST (in my opinion) you could really use any flavour you wish *You can purchase this directly from the link at the bottom of my HOME Page)

1Tbsp Organic Cocoa

Pinch Baking Powder

2Tbsp PB LEAN from MyOatmeal.com – there are flavour options, I used Vanilla Frosting

1 egg – to lighten the fat use 2 whites instead

1 Tbsp Water

1/4C Almond Coconut OR Rice milk – I used Chocolate Almond Milk

 

HOW TO:

Mix all dry ingredients together

In seperate bowl, mix all wet ingredients toegther, Once everythng is mixed, add wet to dry, stirring well.

Place mixture into a slightly greased (coconut oil please) mug and microwave for 1 minute.

Check at 30 seconds as every microwave is slightly different.

If timing allows I would suggest NOT microwaving, and instead place in pre heated oven (350 for 5-8 minutes)
