I LOVE CHOCOLATE!!!!!!

YOU WILL NEED:
3oz Dark Chocolate ( used milk because it happened to already be in my fridge and I’m lazy, also I feel guilty buying just a chocolate bar at the store… I almost feel like I need to say…” It’s not for me, I swear” at the till…..
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1/2C Cacao ( unsweet coco also will work)
1/2C almond flour
pinch baking powder
pinch sea salt
2 ripe Avocados
1/2C Medjool Dates, pitted…. I LOVE THESE FYI
1/4C Coconut sugar or other sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla extract
FROSTING…cuz what’s a brownie without FROSTINNNNGGGGGG!!!!!
1 Avocado, pitted
1/2-1 scoop MAGNUM QUATTRO Chocolate Love
2 Tbsp maple syrup, more if you like
2 tsp Vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
1. Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil ( a few ways to do this, i put my pot on low and stirred regularly until everything was melted together) Remove from heat
2. In a small bowl, mix cacao, flour, baking powder and salt
3. In food processor, mix avocados, dates, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and chilled chocolate mix.
Try not to eat it at this point, I dare you
Add the dry mix at this point.
Bake in prepared cake dish 30 wish minutes @ 350
FROSTING – mix it all together in food processor nothing fancy here…..
wait until your brownie is cool and frost that baby.
OMG this is delightful.
This should make 12-16 brownies, because it IS higher fat count I suggest aiming for 16 and enjoying one a day…. You’ve got about 6-8 g fat in each brownie with frosting.
