LEMON COCONUT CREAM QUATTRO CUP

I am a chocolate addict, I admit it 🙂

 

However after a week of Chocolate focused Magnum Treats, I figured it was time for a new twist on the yummy Protein cups.

 

INSERT:      LEMON COCONUT CREAM QUATTRO CUP

Lemon Coconut Cream Quattro Cup

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 SCOOP PLAIN AND SIMPLE QUATTRO

1-2 TBSP LEMON PUDDING MIX ( I used sugar free)

3-5 drops Stevia ( I lucked out and found lemon flavoured Stevia)

1Tbsp full fat Coconut Cream ( scooped off the top of the caned milk)

1 tsp shredded coconut

HOW:

1.Mix Quattro with pudding mix and 1-2 Tbsp water until desired thickness of pudding is reached

2. Lightly grease small round tuppaware with coconut oil and place 1/2 mixture in container

3. Add Coconut Cream and shredded coconut, freeze 10-20 min

4. Top with remaining pudding and re freeze 20-30 minutes
