I heart the Chrsitmas Holiday season SO MUCH:))
The smells, the music, the hustle and bustle, the happiness, the special Starbucks bevies ( even though I avoid the excess calories like the plague) I love the smiles on Children’s faces, the Santa pictures, the snow, the parties.. I love it all.
I’ve got a Magnum Demo happening this weekend at Popeyes Victoria, and I wanted to bring the customers some MAGNUM HOLIDAY TREATS, and FUDGE was my first thought…
I took one of my DAMY HEALTH favorites and just swapped a few things out..
Here’s how it went:
1 C Organic Pumpkin Puree
2 scoop QUATTRO , Chocolate Love
1tsp Organic Maple Syrup
1/4C Chocolate Mint Coconut Milk ( seasonal at a local Organic Market)
1tsp Stevia liquid
1/3C Organic PB
3 small candy canes crushed
1. Mix all ingredients together ( except Candy Canes)
2. Line a baking dish with cling wrap, pour fudge in, sprinkle candy canes, and cover with more wrap.
3. Freeze overnight
This fudge will melt if left out to long, so get your mits on it ASAP
