I WELCOME THEM WITH WIDE OPEN ARMS AND A HUNGRY BELLY

I have been obsessing over OAT CAKES ( recipe to come in an upcoming blog) that my friend Samaya turned me onto, but decided to try something different for this mornings breaky.

I decided doughnuts would be fun.

So I went to TIM HORTONS.

Just Kidding… I wish… mmmm Tim Hortons… ( What is your favorite delicious doughnut?)

Here is the recipe for this mornings PEANUT BUTTER BANANA DOUGHNUT

1/4C Oat Flour, Almond Flour or Spelt  (  I used oat)

1/4C vanilla protein powder ( OPTIONAL) I used MAGNUM QUATTRO (is not using protein simply do another 1/4C flour)

2Tbsp Coconut Sugar or sugar substitute

3Tbsp egg whites

splash Vanilla extract

1/2 mashed banana

pinch Baking Soda

1 1/2Tbsp peanut butter ( i used almond)

1. Mix all ingredients in processor or really well by hand

2. Bake in Doughnut shaper for 15 minutes @ 350

I used 2 regular sized shapers, however will make aprox 12 mini’s
