Pumpkin (chocolate)Frosting

This was an experiment due to a female craving for something delicious after dinner.

Tis the season for Pumpkin everything and so this is what happened….

2Tbsp Pumpkin Puree

1 Tbsp ( heaping, let’s be honest) Almond or Peanut Butter

5 drops liquid Stevia

cinnamon nutmeg to taste

(option) 1 Tbsp Cocoa

(option #2) 1/2 scoop Protein ( I use Magnum, Quattro plain unflavoured)

HOW: BLEND it all together in a processor or vigorously by hands.

You can add a bit of almond milk if it is too thick

 

I have used this as frosting on my Protein Spiked Chocolate Zucchini Bread , pictured here,  and as …well something I would put on a spoon and eat in copious amounts
