Made with, of course, MAGNUM NUTRACEUTICALS CHOCOLATE QUATTRO….and NO PUMPKIN!
FROZEN CHEESECAKE ENGULFED IN CHOCOLATE LOVE PUDDING
What you’ll need:
2 scoops CHOCOLATE LOVE QUATTRO ( you can use another protein but it will change the taste)
1% cottage cheese
light cream cheese
Mix your Quattro with a few Tbsp of water, mixing until you have reached a light pudding texture.
Using your coconut oil, lightly grease the sides and bottom of a small square baking dish (8X8″)
Pour your pudding mixture into the dish and freeze 20-30 minutes. If you’d like a bottom and top to your cheesecake only pour HALF THE MIXTURE into the bottom and save the rest for topping.
In a small blender or food processer, mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, stevia and vanilla until you have a nice thick “cheesecake”
Add cheesecake to frozen QUATTRO pudding base and top with remaining pudding if you opted for the top layer.
Freeze 20+ minutes and enjoy:)
