Salted Chocolate Cashew Butter

My girlfriend Holly Barker is the homemade nut butter Queen and she inspired some Sunday Creations in me….

300g Roasted Cashews

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Scoop Chocolate Love, Magnum Quattro – Discount code online “Kyla20%Gagnon”

2 tsp Chocolate Emulsion

Solid pinch of Coarse Sea Salt

*Optional* Epicure Cacao Crunch


Using your VITAMIN or BLENDTEC ( I just don’t think a regular blender will blend the cashews )

blend your cashews on high pulsing with your mixing stick as you go. I added the oil and emulsion

after blending for a few moments.
Continue blending and then add the protein powder. Once all is blended add the sea salt and cacao crunch and quickly blend again.

Refrigerate in a mason jar or closed container.
