A common and poweful herb used widely in Ayurvedic practices. Grown mostly in India, northern Africa and the middle East, Ashwagandha is used for immune support, combating the effects of stress, memory and cognivity, reduction in depression, reduction in brain cell degeneration, stabilizingblood sugar, lowering cholesterol, enahancing sexual potency in both sexes.

HOW I USE IT: I place 1 -2 tsp powder in my Protein Crepe each morning

600-1000mg per day is advised

 

MACA ( also known as Peruvian Ginseng):

Grown in Central Peru in the highest point of the Andes, Maca has been grown in vegetable crops for nearly 3000 years. North Americans have just recently began using the plant as a medicine and nutritional.

Maca is used for aiding in anemia, chronic fatique, energy, athletic performance, stamina, memory, female hormonla imbalances, menopause symptoms, osteoperosis, depression and weakening bones. Maca is a great supplement to improve your sex drive and fertility.

HOW I USE IT: I place 1 tsp powder in my Protein Crepe or in smoothies
